RMN Organisation
The organizational setup will allow for access to the most experienced and skilled expertise in Norway.
The basis organization will comprise key competence on licenses/ portfolio management / operator experience/ drilling industry/ market understanding/ business development.
Statoil’s former Corporate Rig Management core team represents the most qualified competence in Norway and internationally within this area and have handled all rig cooperation projects on NCS over the last 6 years, on the basis of operating the world’s 2nd largest floating rig fleet over the period. This experience includes the largest ever oil company operated contractor fleet (8 market exposed rigs in the period 2000- 2005).
Core members of Statoil’s former Corporate Rig Management have joined RMN is administration and board.
Proven results have demonstrated that a strong business concept, with the use of novel cooperation models combined with high business skills, is achievable through a professional organization, good business relations and effective networking.The core of the RMN concept allows for a lean organization model, with a high degree of outsourcing of staff and support functions, in a combination of service contracts and cooperation agreements with strategic partners. Cooperation agreements are being negotiated with relevant competence companies/ service suppliers.
